Introduction

First of all. Finish the game explanation. You can choose from Easy, Normal, Hard or Hard/Insense at the beginning. I recommend Easy or Normal in the beginning, until you get the hang of it. Many achievements are progressive in each school of your design, so you can always start a new game whenever you want. The difficulty level affects the amount of starting capital you have and other costs.

Your main source of income will be every student who attends your school. Take your time, as you may lose students and be punished for causing problems, taking sick days, or even going to a competing school! You must build your school gradually so that you can handle the demand. This guide will help you start a successful and profitable school.

You will also get your start-up capital through efficient use of funds. You need to plan ahead so that you can build all the necessary facilities in a certain order so that you do not run out of money.

If you run out of money (- negative income), at the end of the day you get a government grant of 10,000 euros. But if you run out of money on the second day, the game is over.

Design and construction

At the beginning of each year, you enter the building phase. There is no need to rush, because the time you have to open the school seems unlimited. There are no students, no daily expenses until you decide to “start” the school year, so wait until you are sure you are ready.

The first thing you want is access to the school. I would leave the garbage cans and delivery areas as they are and build around them.

Use the “Blueprint” tool to plan in advance how you want your school to look. I usually place the staff buildings on the left side of the school and the classrooms on the right, with the outdoor space further to the right, the cafeteria and the common area in the middle.

I placed walls around the entrance and work areas to distract the workers from the grass that causes the dirt. You can replace them with fences and gates later, after some research.

Ideally, you want a business door that leads to work areas for quicker access and where students do not enter. Always remember that you can eventually enlarge the top and right side of the school, but the left side of the school should remain as it is.

Directorate General

Before you can do research, you must establish a rectorate. This is also the first promotion you automatically choose. The suggested format is a 5 by 5 desk, and I think you should keep that.

All you have to do is make a 5 by 5 office and put your director in it, and you have automatically received the grant money and can move on.

If your students are caught by an invigilator doing something wrong (e.g., bullying, smoking, etc. ), they will be taken to the principal’s office, where they will be reprimanded or charged. They will not be properly punished until a proper investigation has been conducted to inform, detain, or help them find legal counsel.

Courses

The most important part of the game is to enroll the students in your school. Therefore, you need to plan your classrooms accordingly. The optimal size of a classroom, in my opinion, is 9 x 6 – that gives you enough space for 15 to 30 student desks, a blackboard and a teacher’s desk with a small movement area.

Academia: School Simulator

In theory, you can use different sizes and make them however you want, but I recommend you stick with this method for now. First of all, you will need 4 classes – 1 for each year (Beginners, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors).

Academia: School Simulator

There are 6 subjects: languages, math, science, art, history and physical education (sports). To start, you need a teacher for each subject. I try to find those who have more than 30 skills in the chosen subject without negative qualities (see more in the section “Teachers and qualities”).

Teachers and characteristics

You must be very careful when hiring new teachers, as they can be very expensive. It is preferable to select less qualified teachers first (about 25-30 knowledge in the chosen subject) and without negative qualities, but this is not always possible.

Scenario end of game:

The more you advance, the more you will need better teachers. After some research, you will find exceptional teachers who are the best out of 100 and who wear a silver star :

You can also be a 1-star or 3-star teacher, but specialized teachers are unique.

The properties should have little or no impact on teaching and are symbolized by the color white +.

Characteristics to look out for:

  • Very funny. Gives the class a big boost.
  • Very strict. Provides a great increase in discipline during classes.
  • Very yellow – Gives a great energy boost during class.

Things to avoid:

  • Highly sought after. Gives a great reduction of energy during classes.
  • Boring. This reduces the enjoyment of the lesson.
  • Very lethargic – Significant lack of discipline in the classroom.

Toilets

I generally stick to the recommended size of 7 x 7 for men’s and women’s toilets to start with. It is up to you to decide what you can afford/need, but I usually have 5-7 and 3 or 4 sinks and 1 or 2 sanitizers.

Academia: School Simulator

I think that is about 1 toilet for every 3 students and 1 sink for every 5 students. If you can program it so that there is only one class out of 15, you can use less than if all 60 students were in the class at once. Remember that if there are not enough toilets, students will pee in the bushes outside. Also remember that every utility has a daily cost.

Cafeteria

I keep the cafeteria relatively small at first, with room to expand later. Each table and 2 benches seat 8 people (for staff and students), and I usually have 4 tables to start with (32 seats), so there is plenty of room if you shift the schedule so the class can eat lunch just when there is room for a few staff members.

How can the quality of the ingredients be changed after the study?

  • Tap the “Reports” button on the right side of the screen, then tap the “Cooking” button on the left side of the screen, find ingredients and tap the arrows to switch between Normal, High or Low. Each will have different costs and health implications.

Regular issues

The year ends after the ninth day. The first year I maintain the first 5 employees and have 2 cooks, 2 or 3 cleaners, 1 monitor and 0 nurse (if in “easy” or “normal” mode) and 1 teacher per subject.

As your school grows, you will naturally want more, and remember that staff patrols cannot get free classrooms – that is, if 3 out of 5 people are assigned to the routes, only 2 are available to build new classrooms.

Last inspection after 1 year

This is an example of what my first-year school looks like. I eliminated the clinic at this point because I don’t make a habit of making students sick when cleanliness is good and at a lower level.

The annual review

At the end of the 9th day (month?), you will receive an end-of-year report with your results in terms of pass rates, cleanliness, backlog, and passing rates, and you will be ranked with the other schools.

2. and subsequent years

Now that the first year is over and you have a good basic structure of the school, it is up to you to decide how you want to proceed. If you continue, your students will move on to the next year (i.e. first year students will become second year students, final year students will leave), and you can choose other students to come to your school if you wish. You must have at least 1 student for each of the 4 years (1st year in junior year, 2nd year in senior year, 3rd year in junior year, 4th year in senior year).

Search by

The searches I found most useful (especially for automation) :

  • Workers’ Roads – Put workers on the roads to repair objects so you don’t have to.
  • Principal’s waiver – automatically sends offenders to the specified penalty.
  • Eliminate felons – Your monitors now automatically eliminate felons from school.

Other money matters

You can make some extra money from vending and recycling, but it doesn’t seem like much and is not very reliable. You can also build solar panels, wind turbines, etc. later on, which will make you money, but again this seems like a waste of time because you should already have a healthy budget at this stage.
