E3 2021 Day 2 – Xbox, Bethesda, Square Enix, PC Gamer, Future Games

At the end of E3’s first day, we’ve already seen a lot, and that’s with only two days in the show. Bethesda, Square Enix, and Xbox are all set to make announcements on the show floor in the afternoon, so let’s see what they have in store.

Day 2 of E3 is in the history books, and it went pretty much how you’d expect. We had a few unexpected surprises, and plenty of reveals that fans have been asking about for years. For the most part, the major publishers kept their focus on the PC, with Sony and Microsoft making smaller, Kinect-free announcements for their consoles. The rest of the announcements this year were for indie games, featuring the likes of Vampyr (which Bethesda and Square Enix both showed off at their respective booths), Dead Cells, and the Minecraft-styled space game Starseed Pilgrim, to name a few.

The Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) is a consumer electronics trade show held annually in Los Angeles. It is one of the largest trade-related shows, alongside the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and the Game Developers Conference (GDC). The event takes place in mid-June and it is one of the four major trade fairs along with the Toy Fair, the Mobile Asia Expo, and the Web Summit. It is sponsored by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), a trade group representing third party video-game publishers.

I’ve enjoyed many of Square/Squaresoft/Square Enix’s works over the years. But I’m not stupid and I will continue to whine about all these rip-offs, remakes and re-makes. Money is certainly a great thing for businesses, but there is always the risk that it can get in the way of creating something fantastic. Balance, people, balance! Back4Blood by Warner Bros. Games word-image-8192 Back 4 blood critical. The makers of Left 4 Dead know their audience and are releasing something that could probably work as an expansion rather than a standalone game. It would be one thing if it was something that neither they nor other game makers had already dealt with, but that’s not the case. We’re always shooting zombies. How anyone can still have time for zombie/demon first person shooter games is beyond me! I feel like I’m back in my youth, video games aren’t the coolest thing yet, and some people still don’t know that manga is a medium, not a genre. Same thing, but this time with games. Don’t people realize that video games can go way beyond one genre? You can do more with it than just shoot monsters! Well, that’s their loss. It just makes it easier for other games to stand out. Harold Paltus intrigued me mainly because of his style and the effort it took to tell this particular story in this particular way. I also can’t wait until October to play the Guardians of the Galaxy game; it looks amazing! See you tomorrow for the third day! I also write about pro wrestling on the Geeks+Gamers channel, with #ThatsNotWrestling every Thursday and #AnotherWeekOfWrestling on Mondays. The background was designed by Rachel Hope. Frequently Asked Questions

What games have been announced at E3 2021?

Tuesday’s E3 keynote was jam-packed with announcements, including new games from Microsoft, Bethesda, and Square Enix. The big news today, however, was that Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime commented on the rumors of a Nintendo Switch Online subscription, saying that the company is “considering options” for the service. As usual, E3 is coming back to Los Angeles from June 11th to 13th. As we anticipated, we have seen a lot of big reveals already, but there is still time for some major announcements, and the list of publishers that are attending the show is already shaping up. The important thing is that this year’s major game reveals will go beyond the usual AAA announcements, and the video games world will get a lot more content that is not just AAA.

Is Bethesda going to E3 2021?

Bethesda will make a huge splash at E3 in a couple of weeks, but which games will they showcase? There will be the big Bethesda games like Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot, Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, Rage 2, The Elder Scrolls VI, and more. But will they also show a new IP like Fallout 4 2 or DOOM Eternal? Will they finally announce Fallout 76? And will they announce a new Nintendo game? Bethesda is going to E3 2021, and it’s going to be a big one. Not only will it be the publisher’s first E3 since the company’s recent studio closures, but there may be some interesting news about the company’s next big project. With Fallout 76 still in beta, the release date for the next Elder Scrolls game is still up in the air, but we may learn more on Bethesda’s E3 plans soon.

What is expected E3 2021?

The biggest gaming expo of the year is upon us, and its business section is already being whipped up into frenzy. Once again, Microsoft is expected to have a bigger presence on the show floor than ever before, with their E3 2019 press conference scheduled for June 10th at 9:00am EDT. Many industry insiders are already speculating that that presser may turn out to be a game-changing moment, with some expecting it to reveal a new Xbox console with major console features (like backwards compatibility, VR support and a streaming service) that may take on the PS4. Two months later, Sony will have announced their E3 plans of their own; the Sony E3 2019 press conference will be held on June 7th at 6 The E3 convention is one of the world’s biggest gatherings of video game companies. It takes place next year and it usually focuses on new game announcements and platforms. Last year, it was nothing special, but the guys at GameLeaks want to make sure you can find out what to expect in 2021.
