So you’re at level sixty and you want to know how to create legends in the Waugh Shadowlands. The process is simple, but can be a little confusing the first time. To accomplish this task, you need to collect a few items and a lot of soul ashes from the merchant. Fortunately, the lowest level you can make is not too demanding. Let’s see what you need.

How to create a legendary item in World of Warcraft : Shadowlands, there’s something you need to know. First and foremost, you need to make sure you have the necessary ingredients. Then complete the quest The Final Pieces and give it to the rune carvers in Torgast.

Basic Article

Then you must restore your memories in Runecarver. Memories are items that can come out of certain bosses at the end of the game and give power to your legendary item. When you talk to Runecarver, you can choose between two options: create a legendary object or upgrade a legendary object.
