Skate Sim Gets Massive New Early Access Update

Skate Simulator, the best skateboarding game on PC in 2018, has received its second major update since launch. The new update brings all-new levels and a range of new features including two brand-new disciplines that you can try your hand at: halfpipe skateboarding and vert skating.

The greatest update for Session: Skate Sim yet has been released by NACON and Crea-ture Studios. Session: Skate Sim is presently available in Early Access on Steam for PC users, Xbox Game Preview for Xbox players, and the Epic Games Store for Xbox players. The current update elevates the game to new heights by introducing a slew of new features and enhancements, further cementing its position as the industry standard for skateboarding simulators.

Since the game’s early access release, the creators have been working on adding new features and improving the game over the last several months. Session: Skate Sim’s newest version includes several fan-requested enhancements and improvements, thanks to community input. Every day, over 200,000 gamers are offering input to the team, which is used to create the most recent version. The developers had to put the update’s release date back due to the overwhelming volume of feedback.

Crea-ture Studios co-founder Marc-André said:

The game’s building elements are now coming together to form the vision we’ve always had for it. Players were able to successfully abuse the early days of our game’s physics, and we’re excited to see what they can do now with this more sophisticated version.

We at Crea-ture Studios are appreciative for their support and are thrilled to be able to share this news with them.

The most recent update for Session: Skate Sim enhances the game on all levels. Character physics have been revised so that player motions are now much more like those of actual skateboarders, which is one of the primary things that has been focused on. The enhanced animation realism has been completely adjusted for offering the greatest experience when combined with Full Body IK (Inverse Kinematics). The player’s interface with the board has also been greatly enhanced, resulting in a more fluid and realistic skating experience.

Other fixes and enhancements include:

  • The game’s existing large open world has been enlarged with two of the top locales in the world: New York City’s Jerome Avenue Banks and Philadelphia’s FDR Park. The towns are now bustling with people and street bustle, adding to the game’s realism.
  • Antiferg, Mark Appleyard, Billy Marks, Manny Santiago, and Beagle are among the five new skateboarders who may be used to explore every inch of these maps. The total number of skateboarders now stands at nine.
  • The game has also received four new customisable characters. Players may pick their preferred outfits and brands in addition to their avatar. The game features legendary companies such as Madrid Skateboards, ThankYou Skateboards, and Sugar Skate Co., to name a few.
  • A new mode has been introduced to enhance the gaming experience for individuals who like setting themselves challenges. The user may meet other skateboarders and get access to additional quests by visiting different districts in New York and Philadelphia. Completing new stunts gives you street cred and boosts your sponsor’s reputation.

Session: Skate Sim is presently available on Steam and Xbox Game Preview, and you may play it while it’s still under development. The company already released a Community Trailer for the game, which highlights the Session Community Clip Content winners.
