Players can eat up to three different types of food and get their effects over time. With so many options, it can be hard to know which is best. The best combination of foods in Valheim for optimal health is blood sausage, fox meat pate and snake stew. These three foods give you 250 health points, 210 endurance points and 12 character healing points.

The best combination of foods in Valheim for maximum stamina is fish roll, fox meat pate and snake stew. These three foods give you 220 health points, 250 endurance points and 12 character healing points.

The best combination for maximum regenerative healing

Honey has the interesting property that, of all foods, it has the greatest healing effect on mites. You can mix honey with any of the following foods to get a combination of regenerative and healing foods: Fish roll, fox pate, blood sausage, snake stew.
